Public-Good Internet Infrastructure

Network Citizenship

We operate as part of the public internet, not just on top of it. Our Nairobi infrastructure runs open measurement, anti-censorship relays, and operator-community services β€” free, for anyone, on AS329239.

A connectivity operator’s job isn’t just to sell ports. The internet works because thousands of organisations volunteer time, hardware, and capacity to run shared services β€” measurement probes, looking glasses, time, mirrors, anti-censorship. Xcobean does its share from a colocated node at PAIX Nairobi, on our own hardware, transit, and AFRINIC address space.
