CloudStack Manager for WHMCS

CloudStack Manager for WHMCS bridges the gap between Apache CloudStack and the WHMCS billing platform, enabling hosting providers to offer fully automated cloud VM services to their customers. From initial provisioning to ongoing management, every aspect of the VM lifecycle is handled through familiar WHMCS workflows, reducing operational overhead and enabling true self-service cloud hosting.

When a customer purchases a cloud VM product, the module automatically deploys the virtual machine in CloudStack with the correct service offering, disk size, network configuration, and operating system template. Customers can then manage their VMs directly from the WHMCS client area — start, stop, reboot, access the VNC console, manage snapshots, configure firewall rules and port forwarding, mount ISOs, resize resources, and manage SSH keys — all without needing CloudStack credentials or training.

Billing integration tracks actual resource consumption including CPU hours, bandwidth, and storage, with configurable billing cycles and overage charges. The admin panel provides a complete overview of all CloudStack zones, pods, and clusters, with the ability to manage templates, service offerings, and resource limits. Automated provisioning eliminates manual VM setup, while the self-service portal dramatically reduces support ticket volume.
