When a customer purchases a Zoho product through WHMCS, the module communicates with Zoho Partner APIs to provision the account, assign the correct subscription plan, and configure initial settings. License counts sync bidirectionally — changes in WHMCS are reflected in Zoho, and Zoho usage data flows back to WHMCS for accurate billing. SSO integration allows customers to access their Zoho applications directly from the WHMCS client area without separate login credentials.
